FluentKeyGizlilik Politikası ve KVKK Aydınlatma Metni
1. Veri sorumlusu
FluentKey, Aptiro LLC (Amerika Birleşik Devletleri) ürünüdür. Veri sorumlusu: Aptiro LLC — aptiroglobal.com, iletişim: info@aptiroglobal.com. 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu (KVKK) ve, Avrupa Birliği'ndeki kullanıcılar için, GDPR kapsamında veri sorumlusudur.
2. Hangi veriler, ne zaman işlenir

Şifre alanlarında, e-posta, web adresi ve sayı alanlarında öğrenme ve öneri kapalıdır. Çeviri çıktısı öğrenilmez.
3. İşleme amacı ve hukuki dayanak
Tek amaç, sizin başlattığınız çeviri isteğini yerine getirmektir (KVKK m. 5/2-c, sözleşmenin ifası; GDPR m. 6/1-b). Çeviri metni pazarlama, profil çıkarma veya model eğitimi için kullanılmaz.
4. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler
- Cloudflare Workers — çeviri isteğini alan sunucusuz katman. İstek gövdeleri günlüğe yazılmaz.
- Google Gemini API — çeviriyi üreten model. Ücretli katman kullanılır; Google'ın ücretli katman koşullarına göre içerik ürün iyileştirme veya model eğitiminde kullanılmaz.
- Apple App Attest — isteğin gerçek bir cihazdaki FluentKey'den geldiğini doğrular; kişisel veri içermez.
Analitik, reklam veya çökme raporlama SDK'sı yoktur.
5. Yurt dışına aktarım
Cloudflare ve Google küresel altyapı kullanır; çeviri isteği yurt dışındaki sunucularda işlenebilir. Aktarım yalnızca isteği yerine getirmek için, aktarım anıyla sınırlı ve saklamasızdır (KVKK m. 9).
6. Tam erişim izni
iOS'ta bir klavyenin ağa erişebilmesi için "Tam Erişime İzin Ver" gerekir. FluentKey bu izni yalnızca ✨ isteğini göndermek için kullanır. Apple'ın bu izinle ilgili genel uyarısı tüm üçüncü taraf klavyeler için gösterilir.
7. Haklarınız
KVKK m. 11 ve GDPR m. 15–22 kapsamında verilerinize erişme, düzeltme, silme ve itiraz haklarınız vardır. Sunucuda saklanan kişisel veri bulunmadığından, cihazdaki veriler için uygulamadaki "Sıfırla" ve klavyeyi kaldırma yeterlidir. Talepleriniz için info@aptiroglobal.com.
8. Çocuklar
FluentKey 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamaz.
9. Değişiklikler
Bu metin güncellendiğinde tarih değişir ve önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde duyurulur.
Privacy Policy
1. Controller
FluentKey is a product of Aptiro LLC (United States). Data controller: Aptiro LLC — aptiroglobal.com, contact: info@aptiroglobal.com, under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) and, for users in the EU, the GDPR.
2. What is processed, and when

Learning and suggestions are disabled in password, email, URL and number fields. Translation output is never learned.
3. Purpose and legal basis
The sole purpose is to fulfil the translation you request (performance of a contract, KVKK art. 5/2-c; GDPR art. 6(1)(b)). Text is not used for marketing, profiling or model training.
4. Third-party services
- Cloudflare Workers — the serverless layer that receives the request. Request bodies are not logged.
- Google Gemini API — the model producing the translation, on the paid tier; under Google's paid-tier terms content is not used to improve products or train models.
- Apple App Attest — verifies the request comes from FluentKey on a genuine device; contains no personal data.
There is no analytics, advertising or crash-reporting SDK.
5. International transfers
Cloudflare and Google operate global infrastructure; a translation request may be processed outside your country. The transfer is limited to fulfilling that request and nothing is retained.
6. Full Access
On iOS a keyboard needs "Allow Full Access" to reach the network. FluentKey uses it only to send the ✨ request. Apple shows its general warning about this permission for every third-party keyboard.
7. Your rights
You may access, correct, delete and object to processing of your data (KVKK art. 11; GDPR arts. 15–22). Since no personal data is kept on the server, "Reset" in the app and removing the keyboard cover on-device data. Requests: info@aptiroglobal.com.
8. Children
FluentKey is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
9. Changes
The date above changes when this policy is updated; material changes are announced in the app.
